Our Services

IBC Project Management services cover project feasibility, establishment, operations and recruitment for foreign higher education institutions (FHEIs) seeking to establish IBCs in Indonesia. We support independent establishment agendas, and further support agendas to compare and contrast the merit and measured return of independent establishment versus a joint-venture partnership approach.

The central tenet of IBC-PM’s joint-venture partnership approach is to de-risk within the required FHEI return parameters while enhancing forecasted market success. We work with Indonesian HEI’s and education investment groups to utilize their existing resource base to implement international campuses. Operating within the confines of existing or “to be built” infrastructure, IBC-PM reduces the financial, operational and regulatory exposure for experienced FHEI’s exploring scalable TNE partnerships in Indonesia.
