Building on Noble Solutions expertise since 2016 of sourcing, brokering and managing successful ‘In-country international degree awarding and capacity building’ transnational education (TNE) partnerships, we have strengthened our mode of collaboration, now aligned to the higher educational reform needs of Indonesia in its move towards an advanced industrial, service and technology-based nation as outlined in ‘Visi Indonesia Emas 2045’.
In 2021, the Indonesian Government implemented significant policy reforms to attract foreign universities to establish operations in Indonesia, including allowing 100% foreign ownership of higher education institutions. Indonesia has now seen the establishment of 5 IBC’S under 6 issued licences (Deakin University / Lancaster University, Georgetown University, Monash University, King’s College London & Western Sydney University).
